Please note that registration & hotel booking can only be
accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form (faxed or
filled online via website
www.eurotrauma2009.org
) and receipt of full payment. As soon as the Organising Secretariat has
received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent. Confirmations will
be e-mailed if a valid e-mail address is provided on the registration form.
Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or land-mailed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Notification of all cancellations must be received in writing on or
before the 20th of March 2009.
- Cancellations until 20th of March 2009 will be fully refunded less the
bank remittance expenses.
- Cancellations after 20th of March 2009 will not be refunded.
- All refunds will be reimbursed after the congress.
