Private Transfer: Private transfers can be arranged by Organizing

Airport Taxi: A taxi stand is located outside the arrival area, in front of
the Terminal Building. Taxi service is provided by the Antalya Airport Taxi Cooperative.
It's drivers are well trained and usually speak foreign languages.
Airport Car Rental: Antalya Airport is a convenient place to rent
a car when you arrive.
LETTER OF INVITATION
On request, the Congress Secretariat will be pleased to send letters of invitation
to individual scientists. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential
delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas.
They do not imply any commitment

You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents.

Airline Information
Turkish Airlines, as a member of Qualiflyer Group, offers a global network of flights
linking Turkiye with most of the major cities throughout the world.
Antalya's International Antalya Airport is 13 km from the city center, with separate
terminal buildings for international and domestic flights. Being one of Turkiye’s
most visited tourist destinations, Antalya has an easy access both from inside and
outside the country.
LUNCH
The lunches will be served at Sungate Port Royal Hotel itself.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
All the participants who attended the congress will get their certificates of attendance.
LIABILITY
In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Scientific
Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat assumes any liability. Participants should
therefore organize their own health and travel insurance.
SPEAKER SERVICE CENTRE
Only digital presentations will be accepted during the congress and all presentations
should be handed in at the Speaker Service Centre at least two hours prior to the
start of the session.
EXHIBITION
An exhibition of products and services will be held for the duration of the
Congress, in the foyer of the Sungate Port Royal Hotel.
CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
During May the daytime temperatures are in the range of 20-22°C and evening temperatures
are 17-20°C. The average humidty rate is 64%. We recommend you bring light clothes,
sweater and a jacket for cooler evenings. There might be an occasional rain and
it is therefore advisable to bring an umbrella.
CURRENCY
Turkish currency is New Turkish Lira (YTL). Exchange rates are set daily by the
Central Bank.
Banking and Exchange Facilities
Foreign money can be changed at banks during normal business days (09.00-17.00 Monday-Friday)
as well as at hotels, at the airport and in exchange offices. All major credit cards
are accepted in hotels, restaurants and shops. Automated bank machines are available
at many points throughout the city and at the airport.
TURKISH CUISINE
Traditional Turkish cuisine is famous for its many specialties prepared
with fresh vegetables. There are lots of quality restaurants in the vicinity of
the Sungate Port Royal Hotel or in the downtown.
TIPPING
Although service charge is included in most restaurants, leaving a tip at one's
own discretion is appreciated.

ELECTRICITY
Turkiye has 220 volts/50 Hz. electricity and socket type is European standard. (2-pin
plug).
