ExpoLOGIST has been appointed to coordinate the international freight forwarding,
import-export customs clearances, on-site handling/logistic coordination and delivery
of overseas shipments destined for the “10th European Congress of Trauma and Emergency
Surgery-Turkiye”.
In order to secure the on time delivery of your shipments please pay attention to
the very important informations given below:
- The goods should be consigned according to the instructions
given by ExpoLOGIST. Documents (ATA- Carnet or commercial invoice) should also be
prepared according to these instructions. Wrong documentation will cause delays
in the customs.
- In the congress area all on-site services such as loading,
unloading, handling and storage will be provided by ExpoLOGIST. Besides in the venue
area only ExpoLOGIST equipments and personnel will provide the necessary services,
other companies are not allowed to enter the venue with their own equipments and
personnel. It is possible for the exhibitors to have their own personnel and work
during build up period.
- ExpoLOGIST will cover the entire on-site handling services
with an insurance policy. For this reason thirth part service providers are not
allowed to enter the venue with their own equipments. In case of necessity for an
exception, only those companies which have a written confirmation from SymCon will
be allowed to enter the venue with their own equipments. In such a case the exhibitor
or their supplier will be asked to prepare their own insurance policy with the same
conditions as ExpoLOGIST. This is required to prevent any potential damage to the
stand or materials of other exhibitors.
- ExpoLOGIST will be able to clear goods in the Turkish
Customs which are destined for “10th European Congress of Trauma and Emergency Surgery”
and consigned according their shipping instructions. If a third part supplier is
involved in customs clearances of the shipments and does face problems in the Turkish
Customs, neither ExpoLOGIST nor SymCon will be responsible for the delay in the
customs or for the shipments which cannot be cleared.
